This routine is low impact and targets the thighs, butt, stomach, biceps, triceps, shoulders. This workout consists of three circuits with three rounds of each circuit. The first circuit targets the legs and bum, the second targets the upper body and the third targets the core muscles. This includes a warm up and cool down. You will need dumbbells and a mat for this.
This is a workout that you can do at home or at the gym.
